DONABE COOKING POT
Donabe are traditional Japanese earthenware cooking pots traditional used over an open flame. These donabe are a simple, contemporary interpretation for modern use and are coated with a simple off-white matte glaze on the exterior and interior that will protect the longevity of your donabe.
The donabe pots are suitable for cooking vegetables, broths and casserole dishes. With the steam plate in place, you can steam ingredients to easily or remove to simmer and stew simply prepared dishes.
